Return and Exchange Policy

Customers are entitled to request an exchange within 3 days from the date of receiving their order.
Customers are entitled to request a return within 1 day (24 hours) from the date of receiving their order.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the original plastic packaging/seal has been opened or removed.
The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
